is an independent, privately owned, marine consultancy, surveying and inspection service provider established in 2007. FMS provides a full range of specialized services to the tanker, non-tanker as well as off-shore fleet from our headquarters in Dubai, our branch offices in Fujairah and our liaison offices at Al Jubail (Saudi Arabia) and Mumbai (India). Additionally our associates and International relationships allow us to offer our services to clients in East - Asia too.
